The Asia's 50 Best Restaurants events kicked off with a welcome dinner at Sichuan Moon and drinks at Wing Lei Bar and Cinnebar. The welcome dinner was presented by Culinary Director André Chiang of Sichuan Moon, Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung of Wing Lei Palace and Executive Chef Liu Guo Zhu of Golden Flower, whereas the welcome drinks featured Guest Mixologists Marc Alvarez Safont and Emil Åreng.
