Inaugural winner of the Sustainable Restaurant Award L’Effervescence in Tokyo and Wing Lei Palace at Wynn Palace were ranked 26th and 36th respectively on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2019. Chefs from the two restaurants, including Guest Chef Shinobu Namae from L’Effervescence and Executive Chef Tam Kwok Fung, collaborated on a delightful feast of Cantonese and French-Japanese cuisines.
